Ticketing & Reservation Skills Course





The Skills Malaysia INVITE Ticketing and Reservation course is specially designed for trainees that wish to pursue a career as a reservation and ticketing staff in a travel agency or airlines. The task relates with daily reservation processes as well as servicing guest needs and queries. 

Career opportunities can be found in the following industries - tourism marketing, hotel marketing, travel marketing, airlines operations, tour and travel industry and tourism promoting industries such as eco-tourism and medical tourism.
