Bakery Skills Course





The Skills Malaysia INVITE Bakery course introduce students to the design of a bakery and the inner workings of different sections of a bakery shop. Others topics include baking history, baking equipment, terminology, ingredient functions and ingredient activity experiments.

Graduates of this course will have increased skills and competence in baking for supervisory positions. Those with an entrepreneurial spirit can venture into their own businesses.

Assessment may be conducted through oral, written and practical methods.
Upon completion of this course, students will receive the following Certificates and Diplomas:
  • Malaysian Skills Certificate – Junior Baker (Level 1)
  • Malaysian Skills Certificate – Baker (Level 2)
  • Malaysian Skills Certificate – Chief Baker (Level 3)
