Architectural Civil Skills Course





The Skills Malaysia INVITE Architectural Civil course provides students exposure to engineering graphics where they learn the basics of computer-aided drafting (CAD), processing and storage equipment, input devices, computer-aided manufacturing, drafting skills, and application of geometry and theory of shape description in engineering drawings. 


Other topics covered includes auxiliary views and revolutions, basic dimensioning, sections, threaded and miscellaneous fastener, manufacturing materials, forming processes, detail assembly and pictorial drawings.

Career opportunities for drafters are mainly in the architectural, engineering and construction industries.

Assessment may be conducted through oral, written and practical methods.
