Food and Beverage Skills Course

Food and beverage workers are the customer service front liners in restaurants, coffee shops and other food service establishments. They greet customers, escort them to their seats and hand them menus, take food and drink orders, and serve food and beverages. Food and beverage staffs also answer questions, explain menu items, keep tables and dining areas clean and set the table for new diners.

The Skills Malaysia INVITE Food and Beverage course provides students with training that enables them to profitably manage a food service operation and satisfy guests. Trainees will learn how to give guests the highest priority with detailed planning, implementation and evaluation of a food and beverage operation.
