Pastry Skills Course





The Skills Malaysia INVITE Pastry course is designed to meet the needs of individuals who desire to develop their skills and career in baking. Focus areas include pastry making, cake decorating, and safety and sanitation.

Graduates of this course will have increased skills and competence in baking for supervisory positions. Those with an entrepreneurial spirit can venture into their own businesses..

Assessment may be conducted through oral, written and practical methods.
Upon completion of this course, students will receive the following Certificates and Diplomas:
  • Malaysian Skills Certificate – Commis Pastry (Level 1)
  • Malaysian Skills Certificate – Pastry Cook (Level 2)
  • Malaysian Skills Certificate – Chef De Partie-Pastry (Level 3)
