A chambermaid is someone who makes beds and does the general cleaning of bedrooms, usually in hotels or resorts.
The Skills Malaysia INVITE Chambermaid programme provides students with an overview of the profession and its role in relation to other teams within a lodging establishment.
Areas of focus include safety and security issues and productive cleaning practices.
Career opportunities would be in the hotel and resort industry. Graduates of this course will be able to serve customers with a professional and warm attitude.
